CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation is applicable only before the shipping of the item. An order can not be cancelled if the order has already been shipped. However, returns will still be applicable according to our policies.
RETURNS
We offer Non-Returnable products.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Our products are Non-exchangeable. However in an unfortunate circumstance, if someone receives a product which is not as per standards, we can send a fresh product or refund the respective amount to your Roohi credits after receiving the required evidence of such product within 72 hours of product delivery. Relevant team shall check the evidence and do the needful.
Roohi Credits are valid upto 1 year after refund.
EXCHANGE:
Our products are Non-exchangeable.
REFUND:
You can get a refund in the form of Roohi credits. Roohi credits can be used to make future purchases at www.roohifragrances.com.
If the order is processed and shipped, a refund through original mode is not possible. Only unprocessed orders (cancelled before shipping) can be refunded through the original method. This is because there’s a lot of costs involved while processing an order, and we still want to sustainably keep offering one free return/exchange on every order.
DEFECT OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:
If a product has a defect or damage in transit, we would take full responsibility and send a fresh new product.
WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE:
Some products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These include
⦁ Product that are being discontinued.
⦁ Any other products that are marked as non-returnable, mentioned on the product page.
⦁ Products with obvious signs of usage.
⦁ Sale item(s).
⦁ Shipping cost, if ever charged.
⦁ Order placed using store credits/gift cards.
Return eligibility of the product is also mentioned on every product’s page. In case a non-returnable product arrives damaged, we only replace the said product. You will need to raise a request at Care@Aeriumscentials.Com. Please make sure to include pictures.
STORE CREDITS
Store credits are delivered to the email address you used while placing the order. However, it is possible to use the credits using a different email address. Credits come in the form of 16-character alphanumeric code which can be used at the checkout.
If the amount of credits is less than the order amount, you can pay the balance using any one of the payment modes. For example: The order amount is ₹695. You have credits worth ₹300, you can pay the balance amount ₹395 using any of the payment modes.
If the amount of credits is higher than the order amount, the balancing credits would remain and can be used later. For example: You have credits worth ₹1195. The order amount is ₹695, the balance credits ₹500 can be used on any of the future purchases at our website.
Store credits issued against a return of orders have no expiry date. They can be used anytime in the future.
Credits issued as a discount expire in a month from the date of issuance.
Store credits can be used to purchase sale item(s) as well. Orders placed using store credits can’t be returned or exchanged. You can use multiple store credits code in the same order.
